| You may use RouteGuru services (this web-application with all its
features)
only if you agree to the following terms:

RouteGuru web-based services are made available to you free of cost and on as-is
basis.

In order to support maintenance and enhancement of the services, we may in
future,
include
commercial advertisements on any delivery channels used by us, including but not limited
to the
website, SMS, e-mail and print-outs.

There are currently no plans to ever remove free access to web-based services. Yet,
there are
no
guarantees that they will always remain free to use.

The accuracy of output delivered by RouteGuru depends upon the base map
data and
algorithms.
While we continually strive to improve the output, it may not always match ground
reality due to
data/algorithm errors or traffic congestions, construction activity etc. Further, the
landmarks
used may not necessarily be 'visible' from the road. Therefore, we recommend that you do
not
rely entirely on this output for important or time-critical travel.

You hereby acknowledge that RouteGuru and its affiliates are and shall
remain free
from all
liability for damage that may be caused by reliance on incomplete or errored output, if
any,
delivered by our services.

You may not copy or reproduce content delivered by RouteGuru in any manner

needed
to help you in your road-trip.

You may not use RouteGuru services to further provide any products or
services to
your
